1995 - Founded by Rosemarie Maurice with a small group of dancers known as The Footnotes, operating from the Burlington Seniors’ Centre

2001 - Performed full Christmas show Making Spirits Bright at Nelson High School

2001 - Established Burlington Footnotes & Company as a private company with 30 participants

2004 - Relocated the production to the Oakville Performing Arts Centre (470 capacity) performing to near sell-out audiences at each show

1998-2005 - Performed at Roy Thompson Hall in the RBC Seniors' Jubilee

1999-2006 - Performed in the Oakville Spectacular Seniors' Variety Show

1999 & 2004 - Burlington Footnotes & Company were the Golden Age Ambassadors as members of the City of Burlington delegation to Itabashi, Japan, Twin City Exchange

2006 - Incorporated Burlington Footnotes Senior Performance Troupe Inc. as a not for profit organization with first Board of Directors

2011 - Staged first three-show production of Gotta SING, Gotta DANCE! at the newly opened Burlington Performing Arts Centre (750 capacity) attracting a larger audience from across the Golden Horseshoe area

2019 - Selected as the 2019 Hall of Fame Recipients with the Burlington Performing Arts Centre, honouring the 100+ past and present members of the Burlington Footnotes

2023 - 20th anniversary production of Gotta SING, Gotta DANCE!
